Ambrose O'Brien

Ambrose founded the NHA with four clubs he owned; the Cobalt Silver Kings, the Haileybury Hockey Club, Les Canadiens and the Renfrew Creamery Kings. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1962. His father, M.J. O’Brien, was a wealthy mine owner.
